Grape Soda is an indica dominant hybrid strain created as a potent phenotype of the infamous Tahoe OG Kush strain. If you’re in the market for a super tasty grape flavor, you’ve found it! Grape Soda brings on the sweet grape tastes and accents them with citrus and pine for a flavorful all around toke.

Effects

The Grape Soda high has a lightly lifting effect that starts with a touch of focus before fading into happy relaxation. You’ll feel a light pressure behind the eyes that soon transitions into a happy euphoria with mental clarity. As your mind settles into this focused state, your body will start to drop into a state of calm that doesn’t affect your energy level in the slightest.

Medical Effects

Grape Soda is often chosen to treat conditions such as depression, headaches or migraines, inflammation, and chronic pain.

This is the most grape-tasting strain i’ve ever had the pleasure of smoking/vaping. Full of grape flavou. Almost as flavourful as that one batch of Strawberry Cream i’ve had from this site. Almost. The buzz is also very enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Was given this as a free ounce. I had never heard of this strain and was very curious to see what it was all about. I still have quite a bit of it left and it has a very complex smell profile. Sort of skunky and sweet and almost like a cheese / berry smell that I cannot quite put my finger on. I swear it really doesn’t have a grape smell or taste. That could just be me. It does have a unique smell though that will leave you trying to figure it out. The nugs I got definitely are not trimmed great and have excess leaf left on. They are sort of medium green and have good moisture still not amazing nugs to look at but they have a really unique smell that makes up for the look. The high hits me like a nice hybrid good for evening or day time use. It can give you the munchies sometimes but it doesn’t always. Would say it gives a nice body high and gives you some energy to work on projects. I would say it is worth trying. I cannot promise it has a grape taste or smell though.

Effects

Cannabis has both medicinal and recreational benefits. Medicinally it is most famous for relieving pain, stress, and insomnia. It may also improve mood and appetite. Every strain has a unique cannabinoid and terpene profile, which leads to distinctive therapeutic value and experiential effects. For those looking for a recreational experience, look for strains with THC — the only known cannabinoid with psychotropic effects.

Indicas come from high elevations, evolving deep in the mountains of Asia. This landrace thrives in climates with short growing seasons and harsh environments. Alpine conditions evolved a small, densely packed strain known for its powerful therapeutic effects. While indica-dominant strains today offer a wide variety of experiences and medicinal benefits, it’s still most notably remembered for its soothing sleepy, in-da-couch effects.

What to Expect with an Indica

A pure indica is easy to identify based on appearance and aroma. The flowers are small, tightly wound, and densely packed, which was a way for the plant to protect the valuable oils from a cold climate. Just like the mountain forest they originated from, they tend to smell potently like earthy, musky pine trees. Experientially, if sativa strains tend to stimulate, Indica strains are the sleepy cousins. Many report more of a slow body high, rather than an energetic heady experience.

The Medicinal Value of Indicas

Indicas are beloved by patients for the powerful relief of chronic medical conditions. Scientifically speaking, the therapeutic value of any strain boils down the cannabinoid and terpene profile. But, indicas are still commonly associated with certain characteristics. Traditionally, indicas contain more CBD than THC, but thanks to creative breeding, modern indicas carry just about every cannabinoid profile you can imagine. Medicinally, indicas deliver strong relief of pain, with mild sedative effects. Which makes them perfect allies for nighttime aid of chronic conditions.
